Johnny Cash

Johnny Cash (February 26, 1932 – September 12, 2003) was an American singer, songwriter, and actor, famed for his deep, calm bass-baritone voice. Cash's most notable works include "I Walk the Line" (1956), a song that topped the Billboard charts, and "Folsom Prison Blues" (1955), which highlighted his signature boom-chicka-boom sound. In 1968, his live album "At Folsom Prison" became a massive success and is considered one of the greatest live recordings in music history. Cash's career spanned nearly five decades, during which he received numerous awards, including multiple Grammy Awards. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1980.
