Bernard Arnault, born on March 5, 1949, is the chairman and chief executive officer of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, the world's largest luxury goods company. He played a pivotal role in transforming LVMH into a global powerhouse. In 1989, he became LVMH's majority shareholder and chairman, spearheading the acquisition of numerous high-end brands such as Christian Dior, Fendi, and Bulgari. Under his leadership, LVMH's market value skyrocketed, positioning it as a leading entity in the luxury sector. Arnault also launched the Fondation Louis Vuitton in 2014, a cultural institution and art museum in Paris, further solidifying his influence in both business and the arts.
