Biography
Tina Fey, born May 18, 1970, is an American actress, comedian, writer, and producer, celebrated for her work on "Saturday Night Live" (SNL) and "30 Rock." She joined SNL in 1997, quickly becoming the show's head writer and a prominent performer. Fey's incisive writing and comedic timing contributed significantly to SNL's success during her tenure. In 2006, she created and starred in the critically acclaimed sitcom "30 Rock," which earned her multiple Emmy Awards. Additionally, her portrayal of Sarah Palin on SNL during the 2008 presidential election became iconic. Fey co-wrote and starred in the 2004 film "Mean Girls," which has since achieved cult status.
