Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, born September 1, 1996, is an American actress and singer. She gained widespread acclaim for her role as Rue Bennett in the HBO series "Euphoria," winning a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series in 2020 and 2022. Zendaya first captured attention as Rocky Blue on the Disney Channel series "Shake It Up" (2010-2013). She also starred as Michelle "MJ" Jones in the Marvel Cinematic Universe's "Spider-Man" films, starting with "Spider-Man: Homecoming" in 2017.
