Brene Brown

Brené Brown, born on November 18, 1965, is an American professor, author, and podcast host. She is best known for her research on vulnerability, courage, shame, and empathy. Brown gained widespread recognition with her 2010 TEDx talk, "The Power of Vulnerability," which has amassed millions of views. She has authored several bestselling books, including "Daring Greatly" (2012) and "Braving the Wilderness" (2017). In 2019, Brown launched "Unlocking Us," a podcast that explores meaningful conversations. She holds the Brené Brown Endowed Chair at the University of Houston. Notably, Brown's work led to her Netflix special, "The Call to Courage," in 2019.
