Neil Gaiman

Neil Gaiman, born November 10, 1960, is an English author distinguished for his contributions to modern fantasy literature and graphic novels. He gained prominence with "The Sandman" series (1989-1996), which was the first graphic novel to receive the World Fantasy Award. His novel "American Gods" (2001) won both the Hugo and Nebula Awards, cementing his status in speculative fiction. Additionally, Gaiman’s "Coraline" (2002), a dark fantasy children's novel, earned the Hugo, Nebula, and Bram Stoker Awards for Best Novella. Gaiman's work spans various media, including television, with his adaptation of "Good Omens" (2019), co-written with Terry Pratchett, successfully translated into a critically acclaimed series.
