Novak Djokovic, born May 22, 1987, in Belgrade, Serbia, has firmly established himself as one of the greatest tennis players in history. Djokovic has clinched 24 Grand Slam singles titles, including ten Australian Open victories (2008, 2011-2013, 2015-2016, 2019-2021, and 2023). His 2015 season was particularly remarkable, as he won three of the four Grand Slams and finished the year with a record-breaking six Masters 1000 titles. In 2021, he captured all three major titles on different surfaces in a calendar year, a feat last achieved by Rod Laver in 1969. Djokovic’s tenacity and skill on the court have made him an iconic figure in the sport.
