Lena Dunham

Lena Dunham, born on May 13, 1986, is an American writer, director, actress, and producer. She is best known for creating, writing, and starring in the HBO television series "Girls" (2012–2017), which earned her multiple Emmy Award nominations and two Golden Globe Awards. In addition to her work on "Girls," Dunham wrote and directed the independent film "Tiny Furniture" (2010), which won Best First Screenplay at the Independent Spirit Awards.
