Tim Ferriss

Tim Ferriss is an American author, entrepreneur, and public speaker, best known for his book "The 4-Hour Workweek," published in 2007. The book, which advocates for lifestyle design and productivity optimization, became a New York Times bestseller and has been translated into over 40 languages. Ferriss has also authored other influential books, including "The 4-Hour Body" (2010) and "The 4-Hour Chef" (2012). In addition to his writing, Ferriss hosts "The Tim Ferriss Show," a popular podcast where he interviews high achievers from various fields. His work in the podcasting space earned him a spot in Fortune's "40 Under 40" list in 2017. Ferriss is a graduate of Princeton University, where he studied East Asian studies.
