Simplified Meaning:

When we can't accept help with kindness and without feeling bad about it, we're not truly being kind when we help others either. If we judge ourselves for needing help, we end up judging others when they need help too. Think about when someone offers you a hand with a difficult task. If you feel embarrassed or uneasy about accepting that help, you might unconsciously think less of the people you help, seeing them as weak or in some way less capable. Instead, if we accept help happily and without judgment, we can give help in the same open and kind way. This means being more genuine, compassionate, and understanding both when we help others and when we are being helped. By doing this, relationships become more balanced and caring, because everyone feels valued and respected, whether they are giving or receiving help.
